Tortellino is the most famous delicacy among the Italian cuisine excellences. It is a stuffed egg pasta composed of a square of pasta with specific dimensions and a delicious meat stuffing, made according to the most ancient and original recipe. The original recipe was registered in 1974 by the “Confraternita del Tortellino” at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Craftsmanship of Bologna, in order to identify its uniqueness among the several variations.
